Journey 6: verdict and handover (UC-20, UC-21)

1. On Day 7, the system compares volume and holders with the 7 days before voting.
2. Thresholds met (or graduation for a curve token): Revived status and an “It's sending” post.
3. Thresholds missed: Dead again status and RIP post; the dossier moves to Revived & ledger.
4. On Day 30, the team transfers Telegram and X to the 3 moderators.

Edge cases:

• No reliable moderators identified: the team keeps the accounts.
• A Dead again token can become a candidate in a future cycle.
