# $VIVRA token and treasury

The specification creates $VIVRA through the Pons v2 factory with a 3% creator tax. A daily job claims Pons escrow fees and allocates them among three public wallets. V1 does not enforce this split on-chain; the public ledger makes it verifiable.

## Launch parameters

| Parameter | Value | Note |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Chain | Robinhood Chain, chain ID 4663 | testnet 46630 for testing |
| Pons v2 factory | `0x7eD598BcEf8bd9Edd8C97A195C6d13f40801EC7e` | |
| Fee escrow | `0xd3AFEB2a57f70eF218Aa82451c51B2fb0416Ac9e` | |
| Meme hook (after graduation) | `0xE5e702641Ea86F4ae6cC3cDaeD2B886f976Be044` | |
| `creatorTaxBps` | 300 | set at launch; can never increase |
| `creatorFeeRecipient` | Collection wallet | can later change through `transferCreatorFeeRecipient` |
| Pair asset | ETH | final decision |
| Native Pons buyback | disabled | tokens bought by Pons vest over 5 years instead of being burned |

Recheck Pons v2 documentation immediately before launch: addresses, `maxCreatorTaxBps()` cap, and base allocation returned by `getLaunchFeePolicy(token)`.

## What enters escrow

On each trade, escrow receives 3.7% of volume: the creator's base-fee share (0.7%) plus creator tax (3%). The remaining 0.3% goes to Pons. The allocation job therefore applies these ratios to the claimed amount:

| Wallet | Share of volume | Share of claimed amount | Use |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Team | 1.7% | 17/37 (45.95%) | team revenue |
| Buyback | 1.5% | 15/37 (40.54%) | CTO token buyback & burn (section 7) |
| AI | 0.5% | 5/37 (13.51%) | Surplus inference, 60-day reserve |

## Daily treasury job

1. Read unswept fees: `pendingFees` and `pendingCreatorTax` on the hook, or `quoteFeeBalance` and `creatorTaxBalance` on the curve before graduation.
2. Sweep if needed: `sweepPoolFees(poolId, minConversionQuoteOut, minBuybackTokensOut)` or `sweepFees(...)` on the curve. If the call returns `InternalSwapRequiresOperator`, wait for the Pons operator's sweep.
3. Read `balanceOf(collecte)` on escrow, then call `claim()` (ETH) or `claimToken(token)` (ERC-20). A PR comment indicates deployed `claim` takes an amount (`claim(uint256)`), unlike the published ABI. Verify on testnet.
4. Split funds using the ratios above into Team, Buyback, and AI wallets.
5. AI wallet: swap ETH → USDC, bridge to Base, top up Surplus Intelligence (which settles in USDC on Base).
6. Record every movement in the public ledger with its transaction hash.

## Wallets

| Wallet | Type | Holds |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Collection | team wallet | receives $VIVRA fees; transit only |
| Team | team choice | 1.7% |
| Buyback Reserve | team wallet | funding envelope for upcoming CTO tokens |
| Buyback Operation | Buyback Bot hot wallet | at most 24 h of slices |
| AI | operator hot wallet | ETH in transit before swap and bridge |

All addresses are to be published in the dapp and documentation.

## Public ledger

One row per movement on the Revived & ledger page: date, type (incoming fees, CTO token fees, buyback slice, AI expense, $VIVRA burn), token amount and USD value at the time, source wallet, destination wallet, and transaction hash. The X bot publishes a weekly summary.

## Team purchase at launch

The specification describes a 99% buy tax during the first 5 seconds of a Pons v2 launch, with the creator wallet exempt. Any team purchase during that period is announced 24 h in advance with its amount and wallet.

## Acceptance criteria

- [ ] A testnet token launches with `creatorTaxBps` = 300; fees are claimed and allocated accurately according to 17/15/5.
- [ ] The ledger shows every movement with a clickable hash.
- [ ] An end-to-end Surplus top-up is documented (Robinhood Chain ETH → Base USDC → Surplus balance).
