# Welcome to Vivra

A project can lose its team without losing its potential. Vivra organizes the takeover of abandoned tech projects on Pons, in the Robinhood Chain ecosystem: the community chooses, six AI agents rebuild, and every action leaves a trace.

## Understanding Vivra

Every week, the team presents **5 candidates**. The community votes by email for **48 hours**, without connecting a wallet. The winning project enters a **72-hour** takeover: analysis, branding, website, communications, Telegram, and utility.

A buyback & burn program accompanies the operation. If Pons accepts the official CTO, **100% of the future creator fees received from that project** are allocated to buying back and burning $VIVRA. Community accounts are handed over on Day 30 under the handover procedure.

## Choose your path

- **Discover the project**: [Vivra at a glance](introduction.md), then [the takeover cycle](le-cycle.md).
- **Participate**: [your first vote](premier-vote.md) and [the recovery score](annexe-score-de-reprise.md).
- **Understand the mechanics**: [the six agents](agents-ia.md), [the Buyback Bot](buyback-bot.md), and [the treasury](token-vivra-et-tresorerie.md).
- **Build and integrate**: [architecture](architecture.md), [API](annexe-api.md), and [implementation status](etat-implementation.md).

## What this documentation describes

This GitBook brings together the **V1 specification**, technical references, and observations from the supplied code as of November 4, 2026. Product rules describe intended behavior; they are not evidence of deployment or live activity.

Pons integrations remain partly blocked by missing ABIs. Details and known differences are collected in [Implementation status](etat-implementation.md). Numbers in the mockups are not project results.

## Principles

**One vote per verified email.** Holding $VIVRA is not required to vote in V1.

**Specialist agents.** Each agent works with defined tools, budgets, and approvals. The Buyback Bot is a deterministic program, separate from the six AI agents.

**Verifiable activity.** Operations feed a public log, and financial movements feed a ledger. Private data and future buyback times are excluded.

**Measured outcomes.** The verdict is issued on Day 7 using volume and holder criteria, or graduation from the curve. A takeover can fail.

This documentation describes an experimental protocol. Recovery scores and simulations are neither promises of returns nor investment advice.
