Builder: utility

Mission: deliver a simple, useful feature that gives holders a reason to stay.

Reads: token dossier, selected tone and lore, and Designer kit.

Steps:

1. T+48 h: choose a template: Telegram bot (tips, quiz, price alerts), web mini-game, or holder leaderboard.
2. Configure it with the token's identity and test it in a sandbox.
3. Publish it (website subpage or Telegram bot command), then hand it to Webdev and CM for the announcement.

Delivers: a live utility, its explanation page, and passing tests.

Must not: access a wallet, handle funds, or deploy a contract.

Use cases:

• UC-AG-17 · Token with strong lore: Builder chooses the mini-game, themed with Designer memes, with a leaderboard shared on X.
• UC-AG-18 · Community mainly on Telegram: Builder chooses a price-alert and quiz bot, integrated into the group by TG Bot.
• UC-AG-19 · Failed test: the template fails in the sandbox. Builder tries the next template; after 3 failures, the orchestrator alerts the team and the operation continues without a utility.
